december prep

This is a mini SOTP/call for threads! I'm admitting that I was kidding myself thinking I would ever make reqs for November having been overseas and tied up in family stuff for most of it, so I'm calling it a wash and getting a start on December instead.

Me: I feel like I'm in a really good place! Post holiday blues and all but I feel refreshed and happy and I made a few recent decisions that have left me feeling way more relaxed and positive about twitter/rp/etc so I'm good. December is going to be a busy month with work and family stuff obviously but I am determined to get reqs under wraps next month, especially while I feel on top of things.


Nate: Has a bunch of private stuff already that needs to be linked so he's pretty much already set, but I'm always open to threading him anywhere. He is, as usual, my easiest voice to write whenever and wherever, so if anybody wants him just let me know. He was kidnapped by a cult during Purge but he's fine, and he's continuing to pretend like he doesn't have feelings WHATSOEVER for Chloe. He's still chasing the compass with Chloe but other than that I haven't got a lot lined up for him.

Raven: Getting about as normal, really. Being cute with Elias, though things got a little weird with Purge. I'm talking about maybe doing an item post with her soon, but it has the potential to affect a few pups and maybe even city wide so I'm still working out whether that's doable or not. She's close with all of her canon mates but I'd love for her to get out more and make some other connections, so if anybody wants a smartass mechanic please let me know! She had a couple fun threads the last couple months that I'd love to expand on.

James: is pretty bloody relieved that his magic is back to normal, for starters. His Purge was spent trying and spectacularly failing to properly help a splinched Newt so he's just glad that things are settling down again. By now I'd say he's probably managed to whip up a few prototype brooms because he's been working on that for a while now, and I'd love to potentially get a Darrow Quidditch team happening? He is willing to attempt to teach Muggles to fly, it'll be great. Hit me up!

Ed: Spent Purge holed up but Unmaker was spent performing another exorcism that he's totally not supposed to do, so there's that. There are a few plans on the horizon! He and Marcus are going to make terrible decisions and have a bunch of paintings come to life very soon and there's potentially (probably? >:D) going to be another exorcism soon because lmfao suddenly Darrow is full of demons.

Aragorn: Has mostly found his feet by now and is blessedly now free from all the Unmaker dreams that were frustrating him. He needs more to do though. He's a little tricky to write, not even because of the style or tone but because I sometimes find it hard to imagine him just... casually hanging out in Darrow when he's so the opposite of that. I can't get my head around giving him a job because HAHAHA but he needs something. Predominantly to meet some people because right now he's pretty limited to his canon mates.

It's been awhile since we threaded Raven and Marius! We should totally get them hanging out again. Remember how last year they promised they'd try skiing? If Raven is feeling up to it, we should totally thread that happening! I think the ski lodge opens back up for the season this Friday?

I always want more Newt and James, especially with the brooms. I am taking liberties in assuming that Newt's "more of a chaser" line in the movie means he has experience playing Quidditch, so count him in for that. :D

I always love Debora and Nate, of course. :D

I can always toss Newt Aragorn's way again? They were fun to thread last time.
